Not including putting money towards my bill, how do I actually benefit from the reward points?

log in to your account on mobile app > Rewards >...you should see your balance in Points. Make note of how many points you've got, then click Browse Catalogue and scroll down to see items you can use points to "buy". . Once you have at least 15 points, you can redeem them for $15 Bill Credit. There's other things you can buy so familiarize yourself  with what is available now and in future.

@Kiki_w  In addition to bill credits you can also purchase add-ons with points for less than their normal $ value.

1 point = $1.  Collect to 15 points to redeem $15 bill credit 

depends on the plan you have, you are saving 5.1 to 5.5% from the program

Other ways to earn rewards is to refer friends and family. You get  1  point for every month that they stay active. 

Post and assist in the community. And on your anniversary  day you get 10 points, which is equivalent to $10. Sign into your account anytime. Go to the Rewards tab,  when you have 15 points you can redeem $15 towards your bill or add-ons starting at 5 points.
