Yes, from Joining Public Points (publicmobile.ca) , it shows 48 hours, which mean 2 days
(4 days is just to setup your Public Point profiles. If you already on Public Points, no worry about the 4 days)

Have you logged into the separate rewards website using the same login as your self-serve account?

@dian_34 Yes, you should get the points within 48 hours.
Did you open a ticket with PM Support last time you had the issue? Did they have to manually apply?
If you didn't put in the ticket last time, I suggest you put it in now. Just make sure you waited the full 48 hours already. To open ticket with PM :
1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start with typing "Submit a ticket", click "Contact Us", click "Other" from the choices, click "Click here to submit a ticket". Then follow to complete the ticket submission.

**Monitor your Community inbox, envelope on the top right, after ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply and work with you via messaging there
