Just show the payment history to the mod. It should refund $2 if it's missed this month.

It would appear on your account as a$4 credit for next month. If only $2 shows or none at all you need to speak to a mod. You can also reference your accumlative reward since joining by clicking on my rewards section in your account. You will be able to compare that to your transaction record to see if it was applied or not.
