Rewards for 5gb and !0gb have (30 days) listed. Does this mean they expire after 30 days or when you use the data up?

Customer could possibly not get 30 days of data add-on usage before regular plan renewal. If their regular plan renewal occurs before the 30 days...then regular plan data gets used again.

Data part of the plan is use it or lose it. Data does not carry over to next billing cycle.

yes, only 30 days.  And with the system settings, when new cycle starts, the system will starts using the data from the cycle again even the add-on  you got still has data left and only left with not many days 

so, don't redeem too much data because it is cheaper per GB, redeem enough for use between today and your next cycle
