Hello so I'm just curious if used 10 points for unlimited talk, text and data in the US if my account was suspended for non payment but I still had 10 days left on my unlimited US talk and text Add on would that be suspended as well??

Like any service, you need to have basic service working before an addon can function.  So, you need your account active for US roaming to work.
