Hi Public Mobile Team,
I recently signed up for the $40/month plan and realized I need some help with eSIM activation. I’m using an iPhone 14 Pro that was purchased in the United States, and this model is eSIM-only (no physical SIM tray).
During signup, I selected the option to have a SIM mailed because I didn’t see another choice, but I now understand that I actually need an eSIM QR code to activate my service. My phone is compatible and unlocked, and I’d like to proceed with eSIM activation rather than a physical SIM.
Could a moderator please assist me with issuing an eSIM or providing the correct next steps to activate my line?

you need to complete your physical sim activation first, then you can change back to eSIM
when you receive the physical sim, as a friend to help and insert your physical sim card to complete the activation.
then you can download PM app on your iPhone, login My Account (you might still need your friend's help as the 2FA code will send to your via SMS , to your physical sim). After login, buy eSIm from Account page, Purchase sim card and choose eSIM.

simply download the Public Mobile app to your new cell, log in to your account and buy a new esim.
