After updating services on the May I lost all me rewards but Public Mobile promised to save them. How to resolve this problem?

Is this related to the new Points Rewards?
Everything is converted from $/month to point/month and no more $2 credit/month.

ONLY if it is account/payment issue agent should be notified. Everything else customers here will try to help and advise.

if you meant rewards as in the monthly discount, PM moved us all the Public Points. You are now earning points instead of the rewards discount at payment time

to reach out to Customer support agent, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

@Buran_1008 Regrettably, this has nothing to do with you updating your service 😔. Public Mobile has removed all the automatic discounts for all the customers and everyone has been moved to Public Points as of May.
So now you have to pay your entire plan up front and they give you 5% back on your payments.
No more loyalty, no more autopay. Just friends Points, Community points back if account qualifies.
There was an announcement March 8. You can find it in the Announcements section on the Community site.
