My rewards points were not applied to my subscription for January to February 2024. But it shows up for my February 20 renewal date. Why weren't they applied on my last statement?

If you're on the new Public Points system, you have the initiate a point redemption once you've accumulated at least 15 points. It's not automatic.
If you're in the legacy rewards system, you get automatic credits to your account. This may fail if you did an early renewal.

Don't you have to convert points to money in order to be applied to your renewal charge?
