My wife set up a new account and trying to get her the new promotion that Public Mobile is offering 50% off for 2 years. She just received her new sim card but in her account it shows the $35 plan.  Is there any way to switch her to the new $40 plan ...

My rewards points were not applied to my subscription for January to February 2024. But it shows up for my February 20 renewal date.  Why weren't they applied on my last statement?
