I was recently evacuated due to a forest fire and we have been staying somewhere with no internet. I used my rewards to get 4GB of data it has been over 48hrs since the 1GB redemption and 23 since the 3GB redemption. My phone is not working and we are trying to find out about the status of our home and keep in contact with family. Please help me be able to use me phone again when we are not able to connect to the internet.

I have tired all the tips given in the chat but it will not let me submit a ticket. My phone has been restarted/rebooted and everything more times that I can count.

@HMS Try and reboot the phone and see if that helps
