not much a "reward program" really. I was transferred from the old $10 plan to the current $17 or so plan, which is a big big downgrade in terms of feature/cost ratio. PM doesn't have attractive plan for users with minimum usages.

Yep! I'm not angry, only miffed.
We have ~10-15? referrals on our account and when it went to the points program I was miffed then too, but it was still a decent deal. Going on the $75/90 day plan with 2x $15 credits during each cycle, made it a decent little plan. Now PM is making me check out alternatives. If I don't find anything, I'll stay, but if there's something within spitting distance, I'll go.

not sure if Koodo has rewards, but I think Telus' rewads is 2%, that is probably why they have to bring it down
and Koodo and Telus has Autopay discount if we use bank to pay, I wonder if it will come here too

Only a year and half after discontinuing the legacy rewards in favour of the points system more changes on the way... Edit: Oops, was having problems trying to post this and didn't realized @hTideGnow had already posted about it!

Yes, but it seems like all points systems water down the rewards. I liked it better when it was simple dollar credits directly to your account.

What is going on with Public Mobile are they trying to save money. Public Mobile use to be the best for cheap plans and good rewards Shame on you Public Mobile

After this billing cycle, I'm out. It's been a good many many many many years, but I think I can do better elsewhere. If they're not going to be a loyal company, I don't need to be a loyal client. I'll go where I see the value.

I just got an e-mail message about changes. Members, be warned as you're not going to like it. Personally, I don't agree with the changes as I believe that it will cause a great loss in customers, but in the end, businesses need to do what they believe is best for the business.
