If you gave your referral code to a friend or family. Your 1 point/month will be added after your renewal date.

If you used a referral code from a friend or family. The $10 credit will be added in 72 hours to apply to your next month bill.

I see you're asking about how to claim the referral rewards, not about points.

This is simple. If you log into your account, you will see a referral code. You give that to your friends or family that want to join Public Mobile. When they download the app to their phone and sign up for Public Mobile, there will be a place there to enter your referral number.  Once they have fully registered their account and are up and running, you "should" get a text message saying CHICK CHING! It will tell you that you have a successful referral request. The reason I say "should" is because I've had 3 referrals in the last several months that I haven't received a text message but I see they are on my account.

If you're referring to you getting the $10 referral reward because you used a referral code from a friend, that can take up to 72 hours after a successful sign up.

@Sudhir1   Do you mean how do you get the $10 reward or the $1 referal monthly when signing up, or do you mean how to do take it off your bill when you have enough referral points?

You will get 1 point for each referral and that will be added to your total sum of points. When you collect 15 you can convert them to dollars.

hi @Sudhir1 you need to wait till you collect 15 points, then go to Reward site and redeem 15 points for $15. PM will then add the credit within 48 hours to your My Account  and the credit would be used towards renewal
