I activate pre-authorized payment a long time ago. But I don't get the reward for that.
Can someone help me with the issue?

@saeed59sam clearly you are on the old system and you are not registered for the $2 discount for whatever reason
How long has that been?
First make sure your My Account has Pre-Authorized payment enabled, then Open ticket with PM Support with all these screenshots, they should be able to sort it out quickly
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there

I am not on what system I am but have the pre-authorized on the list on the My Rewards page.

@saeed59sam If you login to My Rewards site, https://www.publicmobile.ca/myrewards , what rewards do you see there? Do you see something like below and showing Autopay $2?

On my rewards page, I see $1 for loyalty but pre-authorized payment is equal to zero.

I receive $1 for loyalty so for sure I activated my SIM card before 2022.01.25.

Define 'long time ago'.
Any account opened after 2022.01.25 is on new - Points rewards and there is no more autopay rewards for those.

@saeed59sam Are you still on the old reward system or you have switched to the new rewards points system? Login on the My Rewards portal to confirm. You should see the list of rewards you currently earn.

@saeed59sam hi if you activated after late january, or switched to the new rewards system ,they no longer offer the 2 dollar auto pay

your account was a suspended, if so you will getting when you pay for service,
or contact to support team by CS_Agent your account is miss it.
