Reward for pre-authorization

I activate pre-authorized payment a long time ago. But I don't get the reward for that. Can someone help me with the issue?

I am not on what system I am but have the pre-authorized on the list on the My Rewards page.

On my rewards page, I see $1 for loyalty but pre-authorized payment is equal to zero.

I receive $1 for loyalty so for sure I activated my SIM card before 2022.01.25.
