I noticed in my self serve that although I received the auto pay 2$ credit, and the amount due is 38 dollars, it say it will still charge me the full 40.
Wondering why this is so?
Thanks,
CJ

Payment for next cycle is the total cost of your plan before tax. Amount due is the current amount that your account is short. It’s the amount you’ll be charged before tax to keep your plan going.

And, don't forget sales tax. I thought I was overcharged at first but upon close examination I realized that the tax had been added.

Amount Owing: $38.00, THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO PAY NEXT TIME.

The top of your overview page does not taking your rewards and available fund in the calculation.
Click on the Reward button on your overview page. It will give you the anount that PM will take it out from your credit card after your available fund and rewards.

Available Funds: $2.00- Payment Due Date (One-Time Payment): Nov 12, 2019
- Payment for Next Cycle: $40.00
- Amount Owing: $38.00

Payment For Next Cycle is really your plan price.
