Am I suppose to receive a point for every month I pay my bill. Also my husband referred me and he is suppose to be receiving a point every month and he is not. How do we fix this ? Contact CS agent and get a ticket. ?

@Kbranscombe hi if you are both on the new rewards system , he should get a point each 30 day cycle for referring you but you don't , you both should get 5% each month for paying your bill check in your rewards section to see what you are receiving if you don't see his referral point he can contact a cs agent you will need to open a ticket, to speak to a customer service agent Click here or if you are having issues with Simon you can send private message to a CS Agent here: https://bit.ly/2GGCJzH
