I must have accidentally redeemed 1GB of US Data in the rewards catalog when I meant to redeem 1GB of Canadian Data. I really need this right now, but I cannot contact anyone at Public Mobile. Is it possible to exchange this?

As a customer, you can't. You would have to contact an agent here.
