@Behrouz123  did you call the number? Is it active? When was the last time you made a payment? 

If you sign in the account online, what is the status of the account? Or call 1855 4public from another phone to hear the status. 

If its not gone then you just need to make a payment to resume services.

How long was the account not used? Under 89 Days? If so and as long as the eSIM is still there, just make a payment and you can continue the previous plan. If over 90 days you just need to start a new account with a new eSIM and number sadly.

Hello @Behrouz123 

If the old phone number is under 89 days, then just place your SIM card into the phone and purchase a plan. If the phone number is over 90 days old, the number is gone and you require a new SIM card and number.
