Hi, if I don't remember email and password that I have used to login. Is there a way to retrieve it?

PM sent you a welcome email after activation. Check your email accounts for the welcome email.
If you find the welcome email, your can use the Forgot your password? link on the login page if you remember the answer to your security question.
If you do not remember the answer to your security question, Create a moderator support ticket for help using https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Tell SIMon what is the issue (important) - Use "forget password and answer to security question".
To verify that you are the owner of your account, use your account PIN #.
If you forgot your PIN#, provide any 3 of the following:
- Complete mailing address,
- Email address,
- Alternate phone number,
- Date of birth,
- Last top up date & amount

You should have received an introductory email from Public mobile when you first signed up.
Have you tried reseting your password.

If not working, you will need to contact moderator.
To contact moderator via 2 methods:
Click on the blue chat bubble icon on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator. Type: Contact moderator. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.
