HI@dust2dust I did. I did type it out once in the beginning 🙂 (No, I didn't copy and paste from any other member)
I always use "forgot..." for both My account login and PIN reset myself and proved to work, but just tried "Reset Pin", and it works, too . So, I will make my update in the future

If you are talking about PIN used in PM, only agent can reset it for you.
Get new PIN ready as agent cannot tell you your current one - they can only update it.

@Gunner123 It is not a copy and paste.
I typed it and tested it
It will make SIMON route you to the proper type of ticket opening. Reset PIN and Reset Self-Serve password is classified as the same type of ticket.
Test it out yourself.

HI @Red84 Only CS Agent can help to reset the pin, please open ticket with them at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
- First type: "Forgot log in information"
- Then Click "Contact Us"
- Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):
