I can't get into my online profile too make a payment is there a way to reset it?

@kayda, there is a link 'Forgot your password" on the login page. You can use that to reset your password. *IF* you do not get an email (with instruction to reset your password) within an hour or so, you would need to contact the moderator team. If needed...
