Hi
I cannot remember my password and I am not receiving the emails that reset my password. As such, I cannot update my CC info to re-establish my phone.
i am in need of assistance.
Please help me either update my CC info or reset my password so i can enter into my account.

Reset password is not working properly as some ppl said.
