I have no access to my email to retrieve a code as my email requires a code as well via \SMS and you have shut my phone down without warning as the expiry date on my \cc is no good - please turn on service so \i can access my email to get a code so \i can update

thought there would have been a little more warning than there was - shutting off the phone so quickly after payment attempt is not cool - option via text to update CC expiry would be good option if possible. submitted ticket and got a response but nothing after I responded - waiting.....

To get your phone service, just purchase a voucher and enter it by dialing *611. Once your account is Active then you can get the 2FA code by SMS.

You can change the email address by contacting a CS_Agent to change it for you.

You will probably need to contact customer service agent (CSA)to gain access to your account.
Submit a ticket for CSA help.

Follow the prompts to submit ticket.
CSA may ask a few questions to verify account ownership and then should be able to help you. Response times can take a few hours. Check your private message inbox (envelope in upper right corner of website).

@ckalberlah sorry, PM is a prepaid provider, so if there is no payment made, the service will stop
Please open a ticket with PM support for them to change it to a valid email so you can update the credit card info and make a manual charge
