https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Knowledge-Base/Managing-your-data-usage/tac-p/193059/... reads:
"2. Reset your cycle right know. Your plan will restart today, you pay for the whole plan, and your data is reset. Your next payment will be in 30 or 90 days from now, depending on your plan. To do this, you need to contact the moderators and ask them to do it, because the selfserve won't allow you to do it."
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Paying-for-your-service/Early-renewal-of-data-only-pl... also mentions:
"he won't be able to Smiley Sad we need to manually change it to another plan and then give him back his current plan again. This is all done in the back end here. The self-serve system will not allow him to renew his current plan before it has expired"
So one can't restart their plan themselves in Self-service, and need to contact Moderators in each case, correct? Or does "can't change plan" refer only to cases of early change, i.e. before the end of billing cycle?
Thank you.

@doe, you need to understand that early renewal to an existing plan is a courtesy thing. They have every right to tell you to buy some add on data, that is what it's for.

If your account goes past its expiry date moderators are needed to activate any plan but your current one.
If your account passes 90 days after expiry with a plan being activated your account is deleted, including your phone number.

That is correct. For example, if you used up all to data for the period, you can either purchase a data add-on or request to have your plan renewed early to get a new allocation of data.

if you want to renew your current plan early yes you have to contact the moderators.
if you want to change plan imediatly and forgo the rest of your plan then you can do it in self serve. you will be charged immediatly. else you can futuredate the plan change.
