I am trying to get into my account to change payment information as it looks like credit card has expired. I have forgotten my password and when I try to reset the password it states it cannot find my username. How do I resolve?

@bpridham Username should be your email unless you changed it. When was the last time you accessed your account?

@bpridham hi have you been suspended more then 90 day? if so your account is closed permanently
