I have just signed up for public mobile, payment came out, my username and password is not working and my phone number is saying it isn’t registered

@Parsons72 you downloaded the Public Mobile App and created an account? Or did you transfer your phone number?
What do you mean your user name is not working?
Did you add esim or physical SIM?
