Reset Account Password / Security Question

How do I reset my security question I forgot my password and it’s asking me for my security question

@familyof5  I believe you cannot logon to My Account and unable to use Forgot password link to reset password.

Use the Chatbot on the lower right  to open ticket with PM..

  Type: forgot log in information

  click "Contact Us"

   click " Click here to submit a ticket"

  you will then directed to another page to open the ticket

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community inbox (top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

you can try Forgot your password visit Here link, and enter your email address,

or Explain your issue to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent ,
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

 and them will reset password for you,
