I transferred from Koodo Prepaid to a plan with a 50% discount that was finalized yesterday. During the process, I was instructed that since I was using prepaid, I should first activate the plan with a randomly assigned temporary number and then proceed with the number transfer later, which I did. Today, I tried submitting a ticket on the website and also attempted to send a private message, but neither option is working. Please let me know the fastest possible way to transfer my previous phone number.

instead of paste, right click and choose Paste as text and it will fixed it
or type everything out
