Requesting a refund for an additional E-SIM charge

Please check the attached screenshot.

I made a purchase to switch from the physical SIM to e-SIM. The switch was successful. But somehow, there're two E-SIM charges in my payment history. I'd like to have one of my $5 back. 😢

Refunds have to be done through a CS Agent. They will credit your account accordingly. Here is how to create a ticket.
