You had deducted 3 months pre-payment from my credit card on Aug. 6, 2017 for phone (647) xxx-xxxx. But, I ported my no. to Speakout on Aug. 7, 2017. I will appreviate if you could refund me my payment.

@romvillan as @NDesai pointed out, PM is prepaid service. You managed to apparently pick the worst possible time to port out. Good luck trying to get a refund, but do not be surprised if you do not!

You'll need to contact the moderator team with your information (cell number, SIM, etc)

@romvillan Please do not post any private info as this is a public community.
Since PM is prepaid service, i doubt they will refund you. Your account is fully closed due to port out, so i am not sure how they will refund even if they wanted to. Anyhow, try sending a private message to the Moderator_Team and see what they say.
