Hi @tgra34. Did you perform the two step procedure to purchase the addon? If you only performed the first part, you will have the amount of the addon sitting in your account balance. If that's the case, just go back in and go through the steps again, and this time it will take the funds from the account and apply the add-on. If you already performed both parts, did you restart your phone? BTW, did you take talk/text/data? Is everything not working? Is your network selection set to automatic?
