Hi, I have a phone number 6**********4 with Public Mobile. Recently, I made a decision to open an account with TELUS Mobility and they had difficulty completing the transfer with my IMEI number. For that reason, I need my account number and I am not able to get it here. Since TELUS assigned me a temporary number 6**********3, you either have to communicate with me through that number or my e-mail address REMOVED

@nasserismail - have you ever created a self serve account yet?
If not, and you are still a current customer, Active or Suspended for nonpay within 90 days, then you can register for an account here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
Otherwise, if this and other suggestions are not working, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.

It's on the top right of your public mobile Self Serve login screen.
Or it is also embedded in the "to" line of the welcome to public mobile email you should have received when you first got services here.

@nasserismail this is a open forum, you might want to remove your person info for you own protection.
for account number, you can login to My Account and it is there on the top right:
if you are unable to login to My Account, you can try to use Forgot Password link to self-reset the password.
Or you can open a ticket with PM Support to have them reset it for you
