Hi,
I am public mobile client of having phone # 2*********9 and 2*********4.
I not interested to continue with the public mobile services any more.
Would you pl. cancel the service and mail me the outstanding balance.

A day before your payment is due lock your card and then because the payment won't be able to go through your account will be suspended and when that is done you can unlock your card and you can choose to renew your account to make a payment and if you don't your account will be permanently removed in 90 days

Your account will automatically cancel when you port those 2 numbers to another carrier but your PM must be Active and payment is up to date.

@jtoimoor ShawnC13 has removed the tel. numbers from your post which shouldn't be posted as you're on a public forum, you may also want to remove your name (at least surname) from it clicking on the down arrow top right of the post and then select edit/delete.

You will not get any outstanding balance returned to you. Login to your account and turn off pre-authorized payments. You could if you wish take the time to contact support and ask them to cancel your account. But it being a prepaid service, all you need to do is stop paying.
