I would like to request a plan that includes data, along with talk and text.By mistake I paid twice one for talk and one for data. Can I consolidate my plan consolidate.I didnt use this plan so far

Thanks for the reply. It is helpful and it will also help the community member that add on should be selected carefully and also request to Public Mobile that need to elaborate the plans on the website.

Usually, there are no refunds and anything sold by Public Mobile is final sale. Either way posting a message here only communicates with other customers. For consideration, you'll need to use the chatbot to open a ticket: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

The community is made up of Public Mobile customers like you. You'll need to contact customer support to request a refund.
To contact support you can submit a ticket through the chatbot by pressing the chat bubble in the bottom corner and typing in "submit a ticket" and selecting "Contact Us".
