How do I get a reply from an agent without waiting hours

What is the  exact message showing on your phone?  Circumstances behind unlocking SIM. 

There are different message that mean different unlock codes.  Some need CSA help while others need to contact previous carrier, etc.

@Donnyp  they usually take 1-2 hours to reply sometimes longer . Also not they operate 9am 10PM EST 

After submitting ticket keep an eye on your community inbox for their reply , or you can use this link to the community in box
