Hi,
My plan is $35 ULCW Base Plan-75GB-5G, it is automatic top up. It was renewed this morning, but the call doesn't work, I can not call or receive incoming calls. Please find a solution to this issue.

use your cell to dial 611 to hear current status of your plan. Double check to make sure your payment card is still valid.

please try reboot your phone and try Reset Network Settings first. If you have another phone, test the sim card there and see if it works
