Renewal without my updated plan

Hi,

So my plan expired today and I went to renew and wanted to add the 12gb option for 3 months rather than the 6gb option for 3 months. Instead, it just renewed my 6gb option and left me with a credit of $15. Is there any way for me to change this/get it changed for me?
