I have bought a recharge code that is not working to activate my daughter’s phone. How do go about that?

Call 611 to add the voucher to your daughter's account. There's a 12 digit code that you'll enter when prompted. Then restart phone.
Some retail providers of the vouchers don't activate the voucher until several hours after the sale.

Do you mean a voucher? Are you using the correct number? Sometimes they have a delay in becoming useful. Sometimes they're immediate. You would miss out on the easy $2 autopay reward not using a payment card.
