Signed up this past beginning of January. There was a promotion to get first month free. I understand it can take time for this promotion to get processed. Just had my third payment get charged to my account but still no month credit

@JimW2020 If you activated January 4th you may have reason to dispute not getting the promo. Telling us the date and time you activated can help us determine whether you qualified or not.

@JimW2020 there were 2 seperate Christmas promotions with the 2nd month free. The first with over $35 activation expired on December 16th. The new one any new activation ran from December 20 to January 3rd midnight eastern. The second month free would have been credited to your account, by PM before your 2nd 30 day cycle. Can you tell us when you activated your SIM? And could you please post a payment history showing the relevant months. Please omit any personal information. Thanks.

Check your payment history on your self-serve account to determine the day you activate your account. If you qualify, you should received your credit within 30 days after activation.

FYI: I got my credit after 2 weeks.YMMV

Promo was expired on Jan 3, 2020. Did you activate before Jan 3rd?

I see you opened community forums January 25.

There was a second month free promo that ended January 3rd..never first month free always second month..

Did you activate your account same time as community forum account on January 25/ 2020?
