Removing the corporate account label from my account

I have transferred my number from "Bell corporate account" to "Public Mobile private account". However, it is still marked as a "corporate account" on my public mobile account.  How do I remove the corporate account label from my account?

WHERE do you see this 'corporate account' on your account.

I believe PM service is for private individuals not for companies.

Well, this is the first time I've seen someone with this issue, sounds complicated.

get on your laptop and log in to your account (but first use incognito mode). Then click Profile..there, you can update any info you need corrected.

@Sosa82 - you manage yourself what is says on your My Account. Did you enter 'corporate account' under the name or something when you ported over?

 

Just log into My Account and update the name to whatever you like. It doesn't even have to be your real name; you just need to know what is entered so you can verify your account if needed with customer support one day.
