Removing Canada Long Distance Add-on

I added wrong add-on by mistake . I wanted 15$ international long distance add-on . But added 8$ canada wide long distance add-on . My plan 40$ one already has canada wide calling . Can I remove this and replace with 15$  ?

@theSamratthere is a price difference between the two addons.  In your situation  I would do a manual topup of the difference between the two addons. that will speed up the process of upgrading the addon.  The mods are pretty good about these kind of changes but its never 100% guarenteed.
