Would you please remove my credit card info from my account?
I have unsubscribed and canceling my account.

We are all customers like you on this Community so we don’t have access to your account.
If you ported out your number your account will be closed, SIM will be useless and all your account information will be removed.

Another trick is to replace a $0 prepaid Visa to remove the existing cc

@Al191 Only support can remove your credit card from your account
But if you have turned of auto pay then you should not get charged again , and the account will close out in90 days
