Would I be able to get the bonus 25 GB of Data that’s on promotion? I am currently on the same plan, but it wasn’t offered when I joined a few days ago. Currently on the 3 month 5G subscription plan.

They charged my credit card a second time. I sent the PM team a private message to get this resolved. Thank you to both of you for your help with that.

Hi @NH45 and were you using Change plan now to change to the same plan you currently have to test of 25GB will be added? I thought the system is programed not the take plan change to the same plan you have 

 

hi @NH45 for that,  PM agent will usually reverse the transaction.   Submit the ticket

@NH45  Did you accidentally change it immediately? And not for next renewal ? If you did you. Need to ask support to reverse it

I accidentally changed my subscription this period and now it looks like they are going to charge me for it. Are they going to refund me for the original amount paid? I do not want to be charged twice.

@NH45  sign into your my account and go to subscriptions / add ons and schedule plan change for your next renewal
