Remove AutoPayment

Wife signed up for autopayment for a temp sim but never registered the # online and can't access online account to remove auto payment.  SIM is no longer with us, so can't use that number to get a text to register. Don't see a call centre for public mobile, how can i remove autopayment so we don't get charged next month?

You could ask the people who are in the possession of the SIM to send you the number or take a picture of it.

Wait time for moderator is around 48 - 72 hours.

When is your next renewal date?

If your SIM card is still in Canada, you can get the person who has the SIM to send you the 6-digits code to you by email.

Tried the self serve, it needs the mobile # active and near, the sim is few thousand kms away and not in use to receive text message for registration. i will try the moderator route.

thanks

Did your wife activate a PM in-store?

If no, during online activation, your self-serve account was already created.

If yes, you need your phone number and your phone to receive a 6-digits code to create your self-serve account.  If you don't have your SIM card, click the following link to send a private message to Community Moderators to ask for help.
Please include your PM Phone Number, 4 digit PIN, Account email address, Detailed explanation of your issue

Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:

- Last top up date & amount

Community Moderators are available from:

Is the account still active?  If so, try signing up for an online account here:

https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

It asks for your mobile phone number, but I don't think the SIM number is required.

If this doesn't work, then you need to contact the Moderator Team and ask them to remove autopay from the account.
