Dear concern,
I mistakenly purchased a data add-on (200 MB) instead of roaming data (which I bought later). Can you please cancel the transaction first transaction, not the roaming one?
Best wishes,
Shaumic

Unfortunately, my experiences have been that when reporting this type of thing, the CSA will often edit the post, but then not know how to remove the image from the member's photo gallery (nor will they usually check if it's still there). You'll likely need to explain to the CSA how to delete the image because it doesn't appear to be something that's covered during their training.
To everyone here that tried to help, thank you. You’re greatly appreciated.
I finally received a response back 2 hours ago from reporting the post last night! I responded back to have the image removed from @shaumic profile & 1 hour later I received another messages back asking the name of this person so I responded back again stating the Ops name of this post that I reported & included the link to profile! I just received a message back that CSA Andu deleted the image from the profile! That was a long time to leave that sensitive information up! I hope thee Op appreciates that we did that!

That would not prevent it @LitlLdy
The folks who are posting this kind of information probably should be with a first or second tier provider, or have someone who can help manage their account.
It’s pretty clear that the community is a forum of other users – it’s difficult for me to comprehend why some people don’t understand that. (perhaps language barriers aside…) 🙂

Sadly, my experiences have been that the images almost never get removed even after having a quick disscussion with a CSA, and when it does get done, it often requires 5 or more back and forth messages. The only way to completely prevent this type of thing would be for Public Mobile to turn off the photo uploads completely.
@computergeek541 , at this point there needs to be a message stating not to post personal information on here & select a box agreeing to it before allowing a post to be created! 😐

@computergeek541 , thanks. I ended up sending them a message also with the link to this post asking for snapshot (I probably used wrong word) to be removed but yes your right! I will explain it. I’m not sure why I panicked since it’s not my info but I know how it would feel to me if I made that mistake! I feel completely helpless when I can not fix this myself!

Edit: I flagged the image for review on @shaumic profile! Hopefully @CS_Agent will remove it!

I can edit but there's no way foor me to completely remove the picture. Only the OP or Public Mobile can do that.

This is a public forum, so you'll want to delete that screenshot with your personal information ASAP. Then log a ticket with CS to request a refund.
