@Ssergey1964 Ok the hour is up. Take a deep breath are you all prepared? Clear your browser and use secret mode before you start it prevents issues from arising. Use chrome or Firefox if possible. Have your credit card statement billing address ready to copy from. If it's ALL CAPS use them or a mix of small letters use that. Leave the unit/apt blank when you are filling out the credit card details and no space in the postal code. Don't forget your referral code on the first page and register for autopay at the end. Dont use the back button and be patient it takes time for that circle to go around and the page to darken. You can do this!

@Ssergey1964 , check your credit card payment history. If you have been charged, don't try the activation again as the SIM will have been registered. You will need moderator team assistance to complete the failed activation. The moderator team can be reached via private message using smartforms which is initiated by clicking on the ? on the lower right corner of the webpage or try using this link. The guided process will facilitate documentation of the issue or concern and the required resolution which will be submitted to the moderator team. Refer to this announcement link for additional details on smartforms and the ticketing system for moderator team interactions. Refer to the following knowledge base article for additional information on the moderator team.

@Ssergey1964 Try inserting your sim card to see if it might have been activated. If your sim connects to the network then register for a selfserve account. Click here to register your selfserve account.
If the sim wasn't activated try again in an hour after the session lock has been removed.

You can try again in one hour.
It may also help if you clear your browser cache.
