the autopay did not go through and my account got suspended when i switched plans, after following other threads i made two payments, suspended my phone (turned it back on) and turned autopay on and off. After all of these tricks my account shows that the service is back on, payment was taken out, credit now on the account and still no service. i emailed on Thur with no response from the moderators and followed the help chat to take out the sim, turn phone on and off and check apn settings.
WHAT DO I DO?? i am missing phone calls for work and i have sent 2 emails to moderators with no one following up!!!!!!

@anasbelach Other than waiting for a reply from the moderator did you try the Lost/Stolen trick (public Mobile's aspirin to all problems )
