Registering a new card for payment

I was notified my old card expired in July (it did).

I have a new card (same card number) new expiry date, new CCV. same postcode.

I tried entering the new details on the website and it just says " Loading" and nothing happens. Please advise what I can do. have 18 days before subscription needs to be paid so lets get it sorted please.

@Pom1  You may need to wait a full hour and try an again . And when you do try incognito private mode . Or try on app instead . And even if the number the same and it’s just a new expiry . Re type in the whole credit card number as if it’s a new number and expiry of course

Wait an hour before you try again.  Try using a browser with Incognito mode and it should work
