I get through the whole process to register my new sim card but it won't accept my Debit Visa to finalize the process and pay for the plan?

HI @raygodwin glad it works.
Yes, please keep in mind that the My Account site has some cache problem.
If you login to My Account and check usage, also click the refresh spinner for update (just in case)
or some people would simply use Incognito/Private/Secret mode to login to avoid the cache problem

Everything worked out well, Thanks Everyone for your help! I just opened an incognito tab and started over and it worked perfectly.

@raygodwin - are you able to log into MyAccount/Self Serve with the email and password you selected? If so, then you activated the SIM card.
Try the SIM Card into a phone, restart it, then see if you have any services. If you do, then the SIM card activation took place.
And yes, as already mentioned, if you were charged then the activation took place; the only thing with this, IS, the charge will probably only be showing as a 'pending' charge, so it is hard to know for sure if the transaction will go into authorized state.
You could try clicking this link to use the: Public Mobile Online Activation Assistance and inquire if the SIM card shows activated on their end.
If still issues after that, go to the bottom of the Community page to submit a ticket with Customer Support using the SIMon Chatbot option.

do you have another card to try?
Try to activate again using Incognit/Private/Secret mode

@raygodwin first check your credit card to make sure PM didn't charge you, just to confirm
If you are in no rush, wait a full hour before trying again. Please access the activation site using Incognito mode
