Registered on a website, but unable to login

Hi.

I have registered on the website, but unable to login.
I get "LET’S COMPLETE YOUR ACTIVATION" screen.
When I click on "Resume Activation", it redirects me to a Login screen.
I enter my email and password, click Submit and get "Unknown request failure" error message.
I am stuck now, cannot log in or resume activation.
It turns into an infinite loop of "LET’S COMPLETE YOUR ACTIVATION" and a Login screens.
Cannot place orders or do anything at all.

Help!

Got it. Thanks.

When you make an account the website assumes you are intending on signing up, so it asks you to buy a SIM card or eSIM card as you will need it along with choosing a plan.

If you only want to look at what plans are on offer, you can use the link I provided to you or just hit the Shop tab when you go to https://www.publicmobile.ca/

You don’t need an account to merely browse the site to look at plans. Once you select a plan you’re interested in it will prompt you to create and account or login to an existing one to start that process.

So, you are saying, in order to login to the website I must buy a SIM card first?

@slishnevsky

Sorry, because you made an account I thought you had the intention of signing up right away. If you are merely interesting in taking a look at the plans that Public Mobile has available head over to this link:

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/plans#ALL

In the right hand corner where you select your language you can also select your province so you can be sure that the plans on offer are available to you.

Thanks. But there is still a problem. I installed the app, but it is asking me to Order a SIM card.
I don't want to order anything right now, just login to a website to inspect what services are available.
I have a SIM card from Fido.
When I am back to the website, I get the same issue as described above.

@slishnevsky
This is because you have to download the app and finish the activation using the app. Unfortunately the website isn’t very clear on this and will only allow you to get so far in the process before you hit a login loop. All new activations must be finished using the app and then you can manage your account using your computer or the app.
